Person who worked at evening shift (March 20, 2024) needs to work on his attitude. Let me explain what happened I tried to switch my number from att to metro because they had iPhone 12 promotion at $99.99 while checking online it was $165 with service but this guy said that phone alone will cost $269.99 then I told him about online promotion and all but he started showing rude behavior saying that go buy online and started giving racial comments on my appearance. I didnt even see his store flyer which gives information about promotion. I want no one to go at this location if you dont want to get humiliated for something you know.

I went to this store around 6:30PM to get iPhone 12 that was on a deal for $99 when we switch to MetroPCs. The guy working on evening shift today (03/20/20024) was so rude and when we ask about the deal he said go online and buy as he tried to overcharge us by saying the phone will cost $269 which is more than the deal price. He also did some racial comments on us and said Get out of the store.

This place here is a loot. They try to steal and deceive innocent Customers by Overcharging. Its called stealing - I hope the Corporate takes action against it. The Service is very Disappointing
