Horrible place is never open until they feel like ,it's 10:30 nobody is here and it's this way all the time

This makes the 3rd time Ive come to this metro and all 3 times bad experience. Im the only one in the store and I tell the owner (I know hes the owner because hes told me he was the first time I visited) what it is Im wanting done to my account, then walks in another customer and he tells me to wait he is going to help the other customers that just walked in. Very rude and not good customer service.

This was my best experience getting cell service and a new phone. Changed from T-Mobile to Metro and saving $40.00 a month for basically the same service. Got a new phone that's a T-Mobile brand and it works much better than my old phone that cost hundreds more. The gentleman even put my screen protector on for me. He also got me set up on my basic accounts so I didn't have to mess with that. Much appreciated! I was in and out in under an hour. Also very much appreciated! I'll definitely go back to this location.
