Hertz Car Rental - Fort Worth - Taylor Street HLE

Hertz is a scam. We rented a car with a drop off time of 6 pm. However this location closes at 4 with no after hour drop off options. Therefore, when you call Hertz your choices are to pay 200 for an alternative location or to pay for an extra day. Do not rent from here if you need a drop off time after 4 pm no matter what your contract says.

I made a reservation online and when I arrived at the location, they didn't have any cars available. I had to book with someone else. No one bothered to call me or reach out at all. A few days later I have a $39 fee on my credit card. Possibly a no-show fee. Why didn't they cancel my reservation after I went in to find out they didn't have cars? Furthermore, why am I able to book a car with this location if they don't have anything available? Get it together, HERTZ, this is 2024 and technology has advanced, have you?

I have had the best experience from the Hertz Car Rental in downtown Fort Worth the ladies Latricia, Mia and Sydney were a great help in renting a car. They are great .

Terrible place to rent or return a car. An hour and a half in Memphis to rent one and 45 minutes to return one. Lady up front at this office has a whole attitude and disappears from the front desk. Good luck getting out of this office in under thirty minutes for anything.
