Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Good ATM to get robbed and/or ear damage. The beeps coming from the button pushes on the ATM attached to the bank building are EAR PIERCINGLY LOUD! That's good for not only hurting your ears but also for letting any would-be thieves in the area know that you're at the ATM likely getting cash. I have told the staff in the bank about it at least a dozen times over nearly as many years. All I get is made up responses like "oh, that's the way it's supposed to be..." I have also called BofA customer service about it several times. Nobody does anything about it. It's a HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE!!! Please do something about it. UPDATE (after reading the reply): You didn't say anything about getting something done about it. Every other BofA ATM that I have ever used is whisper quiet. This one is crazy loud. Please say you will get someone to adjust the volume on it. Otherwise it appears you really care about social media image but not at all about the safety of your customers.

What is wrong with BofA? They obviously do not want any human interaction at all. I had a large cashers check that I was unable to depot via the ATM. Stood in line form 10:55 until 11:30 to make this simple transaction. I feel from the one teller she was doing everything she could to help as fast as she could but she was the only one working today. The other three employees would step out of their offices to offer help but what they could do was very limited. BOA and this location need to add more live tellers for the customers. Maybe Bof A in Flower Mound is trying to drive us all to other banks. This needs to change.

Terrible service. I scheduled an appointment for a medallion signature guarantee three weeks in advance and was told that this would be a long meeting due to the nature of the service needed. At the beginning of the appointment, the person I met with handed me a document with information regarding the medallion signature guarantee. They had me review the document and pick out which service was applicable to my situation. I explained that they first requirement to get the guarantee was impossible for me to achieve. They told me they couldn't help. The meeting took less than three minutes. Why couldn't they have provided the document when I was there, in person, to schedule the appointment in the first place. Incredible waste of time. When I asked to see the manager, they told me that the manager was eating lunch, but would be with me soon. We waited 30 minutes and never saw the manager. I hope they enjoyed their lunch.
