I sold my home in November 2022 with Matt Cannon, and from the beginning he stated that he would be communicating during reasonable hours and respond as quickly as possible. Then he would send requests for information at midnight, or send showing requests one hour before the request time. He would send messages to us asking for information on Saturdays and Sundays, but if we asked for updates on the weekend, he would wait until Monday or Tuesday to respond. Every time he requested information or paperwork, we immediately responded and completed it. If we requested any information or updates from him, he would take his time and respond whenever he felt like it. He stated he would give updates Mondays and Fridays, even if there was no information to give. He would skip giving updates, and not respond when we asked for them until he felt like it. It is turning into a fight to get the money from the sale. Neither Matt is responding to phone calls during business hours or the Title Company. The bank has stated that they dont see anything pending in the system for transfers, and the buyers have already gotten the keys and moved into the house while we have not been paid for the sale. What other realtor, or even business transaction has ever had payment not received while a buyer received the product? DO NOT use Matt Cannon if you want updates or if you want to receive the payment for your house. I would give him Zero stars instead of 1 if possible.
