Monica sold me my current home when we came back to live in El Paso and she was remarkable. Monica met with us at very flexible times and was very professional. She worked with us throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions and concerns efficiently. Very helpful and informative and helped find us an inspector to inspect our home. After the house closed we had some rock wall problems that needed to be fixed and she was willing to reach out to the builder and keep us in the loop and got it fixed! I want to thank Monica for going above and beyond.

Monica is the best! As a fairly new resident to El Paso, my time here was to first concentrate on my work life. As I started searching for a home to establish myself into the community, I found the perfect realtor to help me take root and make El Paso my hometown. Monica is very knowledgeable of the El Paso real estate market. Her sense of matching my residential needs to home pricing, amenities, job requirements, schools and location is second to none. Her friendly and professional demeanor, excellent communication and customer service skills kept me in interested and informed throughout the search and buying process of my home. If ever I had a question or concern, Monica was prompt and attentive to my needs as her client. Not once did I feel disconnected from the entire process. I was very comfortable with Monica's respresentation as my realtor and knew she had my best interest in all aspects of purchasing my home. She knew exactly what housing inventory available was in my price range and requirements. Monica was also keen to my busy work schedule and made sense of scheduling, coordinating and organizing when and where to go in search for a home. In most circumstances, she is seeing some of these houses for the first time herself. Some houses she knew instantly it would not be a fit for me. Of the houses we physically walked, she has a great sense of understanding what makes a certain house MY home! I would highly recommend Monica as a realtor. She is not only a knowledgeable professional at what she does but she will soon become your next friend. I am so pleased with my home purchase and Monica's involvement, it's made my experience as a new El Paso resident remarkable.

This woman is the best, she has a great work ethic, and helped us find a home, and even took her own time to help us look for a home, she shows great savy in dealing with buyers and sellers. I am so glad to have been acquiainted with Monica! We got an.awesome home for an awesome.price, I recommend her to anyone look for a home to call theirs. I'm currently in the military (20 years) and will say she is very military friendly and understands the circumstances of being a service member. Again I reccrecom this awesome woman!

The worse realtor I've ever worked with. Monica, comes off as a nice person but she is a liar and deceitful. She represented my husband and I in purchasing our home . She wrote our offer incorrectly. In our offer the stipulation was that the sellers pay all closing cost and pending a home inspection. After we realized the contract was written incorrectly and we were liable for closing cost , she informed my husband and I that she and the listing agent would be splitting the closing cost so that the sell could take place. This did not happened and Monica went back to the listing agent saying that my husband and I refused to close unless the seller's paid more in closing, she did this so that she would not be liable for closing cost. We found out all of this because the sellers left the house a mess and after some back and forth we discovered it was because they were upset that "we demanded" that they pay closing cost even though my husband and I never asked them for any additional money . I highly recommend you go with another realtor some one more credible and who genuinely cares about their clients. In all honesty I would recommend you not work with a Keller Williams realtor at all. I have spoken to both her first line supervisor and broker and they have done nothing to fix this situation all they have done is make excuse after excuse for this kind of behavior. No one should have to experience this .
