        They sent me a box of Borges TX and they said it would arrive in 10 days and it's been a month and it still hasn't arrived.

        Make sure you get 3 parcel locker keys. Called them today at 9:04am and the employee stated we get 1 key. Yet, on the USPS site it states we are suppose to receive 3 keys. I called OIG and the manager at different locations and the manager stated we should have 3 at the Hercules location. This location has horrible service and I feel bad if they deliver at your location. Very unprofessional and rude. Any problems REPORT THEM TO (USPS OIG FOR MISCONDUCT.) Don't let them bully you around because your mail has personal information and it might turn to identity fraud.

        Ive NEVER had an issue with packages shipped through the postal service. And the staff are efficient and will sometimes even laugh at my corny jokes. USPS for life! I wont use any other shipping company.
