        Nice to your face but nothing is done as promised. I've been waiting for my key for a week now. They told me initially it would take a couple of days, then yesterday the gentleman said it was a new carrier but he would personally see to it that it is made and brought today. Never got a notice or the key. I was waiting on packages and important mail.

        I bought a house a month and a half ago that uses community mailboxes. I've been trying to get keys for the mailbox for 3 weeks now. After having to go back to the post office 4 times because the person responsible for rekeying the box didnt want to do their job, they finally had them ready. I went to check the mail today only to find out the key doest open the box. I tried all of them and it didn't work on any of them. These people are really bad at their jobs.

        What is wrong with your drivers they knock on door once and leave within 1m 4 secs then left a note that nobody was available to deliver then I have to go tonl your station she didnt even ring the door bell. If she had rung could have gotten a notification on the phone SMH. What if it had been an elderly person that could barely walk.

        I was told to pick up keys Ive been waiting weeks. I really need my mail they are holding it. They need better postal carriers. Its ridiculous to have to wait on important documents. This place is a mess. They told me to come pick up mail in office until they get keys this is a waste of time just to be turned away.
