18 wheeler if coming from east to west on I -10 exit 24 go trough the service road make a thigh right on Magruder st and another right on Montana immediately take the mall entrance as soon you do the turn and follow it against the wall to the shipping and receiving gate on the right. Hope this will help others . Not sure about the way out.

My review is for the 20/20 Now Service independent of Costco and also for the on-site customer care. I called 20/20 Now to set up an appointment ahead of time. I would definitely recommend that and that you not try to walk-in, though they do take walk-ins. Calling ahead and setting up an appointment made it easier, as 20/20 Now emailed me pre-check-in paperwork which I completed before I got to the appointment and that helped make the process smoother. Set aside more time than you think you'll need. The exam was very thorough, especially for contacts. I had back to back appointments with my husband and it took 3 hours. Norma, the technician who was handling everything on-site did a fantastic job! She is fluent in English and Spanish. She went above and beyond to help me, and she even ensured that I didn't have to come back (I live nearly 3 hours away) by getting me a trial pair of contacts for astigmatism that they usually don't have! She was very personable and took a lot of time and care during the exam. I had a good experience, but I do think there are some things you should know before you go: -There is NO onsite optometrist. Your prescription consultation is performed virtually. -They DO NOT dilate your eyes. A good thing if you are by yourself, as you don't need a driver. -They use a lot of machines and procedures to assist in accuracy. They definitely did MORE testing than I've ever done before at an eye exam. -The exams are very thorough! They even did a close-reading exam. Since when have you had that? The virtual optometrist actually FIXED my prescription that was incorrect from my previous optometrist that I saw in person! My vision is so much better now! For me, the entire experience was superior to any optometrist I've seen in person. If you have real eye issues or health issues that contribute to eye problems, like diabetes, this may not be the method for you. But for me, someone who was going to have to wait to be seen 2 months from now locally, and who could get in quick so I could order a new round of contacts for the year, this place worked perfectly.

This review is for the independent 20-20 Vision Center that is outside of Costco. The service by Norma D. is horrible, rude, subjective, never answers the phone, doesn't follow up or follow through on her promises, passive aggressive... The model of telemedicine is disgusting - the optometrists and technicians that "see" you from other parts of the world don't know what they're doing. They got the prescription for my glasses wrong. Avoid them! I hope Costco dumps them soon! They far from represent the customer service that Costco is known for.

Horrible experience. They use a telemedicine model that was horrible. Wait was almost 2hrs. OD wasnt helpful. The on-site staff member did great to manage this new model of care and IT. Dont recommend 20/20 Now Eye Exam.

The Optical Department never answers the phone, period. I got a text saying my order was ready surprisingly early and wanted to make sure it was not a mistake. Made numerous calls over 2 days in the morning, noon, and evening and not once did I ever any an answer. I can't believe how hard it is to get a hold of someone from optical on the phone!
