Bad service. Won't accept my insurance also I can chose whoever I want. As former patient they did not made an attempt. Never again !

This place has 0 customer service. When youre wanting to speak with a doctor you get a different NP everytime. Today I had a scheduled app, and someone told the new RN, that she could just call me right after, about 3 hrs earlier than my app. Then, the RN told me that the RN who helped me before is no longer working there. I expressed my frustration about the whole thing, I was willing to discuss my visit, but she decided to place me on hold to reschedule the appointment again?! Im fed up with this place. I couldnt fet to discuss my test results and get the help I need.

Front office staff is absolutely terrible, they do not communicate to the Drs or NPs. As a healthcare professional I highly discourage anyone from having to deal with their negligence, not professional whatsoever.

Front desk ladies are efficient & nice. Highly recommend Dr. Jodie Beltran, very compassionate & patient womens healthcare provider.

The only reason i even rated this place is because of Rick, the nurse that was extremely kind, sincere, compassionite, and very professional. Thanks so much Rick, you're awesome.and deserve 10 's! MAY OUR SWEET JESUS CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU Other than Rick, 0 stars for the NP. WOW!!! To say it nicely, NOT SUCH A GOOD FEELING NOR EXPERIENCE AT THIS OFFICE I could say so much more, however, I don't go there. Elizabeth R.
