Primary Healthcare Physicians

There is no point in making an appointment here. They take any walks in that come in and in turn push any appointments that are made beforehand. My appointment was at 11 it is currently 12 and Im currently waiting to be called still btw.

I had appointment at 1:40pm. I had been waiting for 30 minutes. After that i asked the nurses so they said the doctor had lunch. Why they pick my appointment in his lunch time. Bad service

Yesterday, I made a walk-in and took 1 and a half hours. I instead made an appointment for tomorrow. Now it's almost 3 hours from 10:30am to 1:30pm just to check on me it took forever. It happens every visit.

If I could rate this place zero it would being very fitting. Dr's are extremely rude and wait time is hours...and worst is they NEVER!!!!! ANSWER THERE PHONES. i hate dealing with these people as a provider i wish my client would choose another place.

This place is wildly horrible! An appointment is done so you can plan ur day. If an appointment is made for 10:30, u arrive at 10:30, why in world would I still be waiting at 1:05 as I write this??? Thats ER wait time!!!! Medical assistants even said yea the doctor is slow, so just wait in here for how ever more longer keep in mind she didnt even change the table paper, nor sanitize anything. I work in medical. My docs would have my butt on a platter if I talked, acted or didnt care like that. The wait, the staff, the doctoryall need to get it together cause youre literally dealing with peoples health.
