        do not use the companies "live" chat, all they do is tell you to call the toll free number or provide your personal information so they can have a sales rep call you. Why bother having a live chat? Called the toll free number, was sent to my local El paso office, and was told again to provide my information and a sales person would call me back but that they are booked out for a few weeks. why can't someone answering the phone give the quote? Waste of payroll if all you know how to do is take a message, don't people have voicemail for that. SMH.

        I asked for an itemized quote they refused and simply gave me whole numbers stating our software doesnt allow us to break down the costs. so I responded asking for a simple quote to clean 1 12x14 bedroom with an attached full bathroom....never heard back. Im willing to spend the money but I expect you to break out the costs. If you cant figure out how to break down and itemize what I will be paying for...you lose my business every time. Definitely your loss.
