        I had an appointment between 2-4pm. I called around noon to confirm the appointment. I called again around 2:15 to ask that they call whenever they are on their way, they said there was some mix up and that they thought I had cancelled the appointment. I said no, there must have been a miscommunication, they said that was fine and they would be there. I was fine with that. I called again just to confirm that it was a deep/move-out clean and they hung up on me. Now they won't answer my calls. Idk what's going on but this is very unprofessional. If they show up or answer my calls I will remove this. Edit: they never showed up or called.
