Why do they have a customer charge and cost of gas in every monthly statement? It's like going to Walmart and paying the cost of their items and also a charge for being their customer.. really?

Got our service shut off in the middle of winter on a Friday night (conveniently) THERE ARE 3 CHILDREN IN THE HOME. I paid most of the due balance the same afternoon but theyre not open weekends (also conveniently) reached them at 6AM the next business day and was told we would need to wait until the NEXT business day for a reconnection when we already had to wait all weekend, to make matters worst they charged a $100 deposit plus a $50 reconnection fee. If they do not have enough technicians to cover the service area they need to hire more. Gas reconnection should be prioritized in the Winter months. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General Office. Will be moving to New Mexico where they actually have humanitarian public service agencies. Spoke with El Paso Supervisor Shawnia or something around that nature and she said filing a complaint wasnt going to change anything
