Little Big Inch pipeline Co. was hired by the One Gas Co now Texas Gas Company to fix a gas line on our property. Upon digging a deep 6-8 foot hole the ground shifted which made our rock wall lopsided. I went up the chain of command to try to fix the damage that was done by LBI. The Gas Co said that LBI is responsable for what ever damage is done to our property. LBI brings their own acquaintances to do investigations. I received a letter from LBI and the letter stated.. Upon our investigation LBI was not responsible for the damages nor liable regarding the issues brought to their attention. In other words.. We sorry but NOT sorry! LBI also did NOT compact the soil properly to our property. We have a huge unleveled area in our back yard when they excavated the soul to attend the gas lines. The hole is about 2ft wide an deep. This company does NOT take responsibility for their workers work actions/ethics nor do they care about the customer concerns that were done to their property. There is nothing professional about this company starting from the top. If the Gas company sends them to your home. Send them away before they do any damage to your property and you end up with a huge bill for fixing their mistakes. Tanya
