        Awful experience...unbelievable !! No customer service skills at all and this was dealing with kevin supposingly the manager at that time of our visit. I did report the ridiculous situation to Popeyes...he needs to be reprimanded...and get some serious customer service training. Vegetarian options: Can't really say we left without eating...got our money back.

        I got the big box which came with 2 sides and a biscuit. I asked for 2 red beans and rice and when I got home, I had no biscuit and 1 red beans and mash potato. Usually an easy fix, I called so I could go get what I wanted. The biscuit and a red bean and rice. The manager got on the phone to argue with me that she got my order right. Bad management loses business. Is it hard to fix it?? Obviously yes.

        We have bought several times from this location but today we are very disappointed the chicken was pink and the beans had a weird taste like if they were going bad also the manager when I called to let her know she was super rude and refused to give me her name now I have an upset stomach
