        EXCEPTIONAL! I go in on a daily basis to do some stock trading and Filiz, an employee, ALWAYS (I don't usually speak in absolute terms, but this is the rare occasion) provides SUPERIOR service as she walks around to check on customers.

        Kuddos to this McD's workers!!! service is always super fast. No matter how long the lines are or how much I order, I always get out really quick and this is the only place where I ALWAYS get exactly what I order. Plus, I've never gotten attitude from any of the workers, and I'm there All The Time

        I ordered off the app and wouldn't let me use curbside I had to go drive thru, just to get charged a second time at the window after paying on the app. Was annoyed.

        Usually giving a negative review can be mitigated but I've had enough. One of the worst performing McDonald's. Every time I order from here I regret it. Always some issue with taking an order or messing something up and having to deal with an unattentive staff. Avoid ordering here and just stop at the newer location located on Eastlake. Trust me it will save you the headache.
