        Not returns or exchange are allowed without original receipt even if tags are in place and purchase with debit card. They said because of covid they don't even wear a face mask anymore.... I look for my receipt on my purse and all the receipts from that date are in there except the forever 21 . Make sure they give you the receipt when purchase I think they didn't even gave me the receipt and I was thinking it was on the bag with the clothes never again
