Forever 21

Don't ever order online, even SHEIN is more reliable than Forever 21. I ordered online with delivery to the store, the store stated they didn't have my package even though customer service was telling me it has been there for 5 days already. I requested a refund since they couldn't produce my order. Where is it only God knows.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star due to the customer service. The manager Nathalia is super rude and does not know what customer service is. She literally made me wait 10min so she can make plans with another employee and walked off to talk with another employee and talk about me calling me the b word. When she noticed i heard her she looked at me like a deer in headlights. So rude and disrespectful. Nathalia needs to be fired and replaced! Shop at other stores not here!

I couldnt even get a refund for the shirt I bought and it didnt fit and I bought the biggest size that they had. The shirt wasnt for me. I even brought the receipt. The so called manager and a store clerk told me that I had to find a bigger size even though I bought the biggest size. So they told me that I had to get a different shirt. I couldnt even get an in store credit. So I got a different shirt for the same price but I was still charged for $2 and some change. Why is it that Windsor can do refunds but Forever 21 cant? Forever 21 = Forever Sucks

I was disappointed. I went in to purchase some items and as a tourist I wouldnt recommend walking into this store ... I was checking out and ( some old lady that was supposedly in charge ) finished . I had a question about the price due to a discount flyer and I guess it bothered her to the point her and an associate starts to giggle at me , and I call it out . and we literally start to argue , telling the associate get my manager keys I dont care if youre a manager for two years or not , as a manger for three years at my company , I can tell you ; that you arent professional at all and surprised youre still even there . Its disappointing visiting another city and theres miserable people bringing their miserable life at work .
