Open at 10???? Yeah right!!!! 10:30am and still closed... Even the security and neighboring stores said oh they never get here on time they open at random times....Bet they still clock in at 10 and get paid for not having store open....on top of they charged us $210 for phones on "promotion" we werent satisfied so we returned all items still packaged and they refused to refund us cuz it was "sales tax. So came back to speak with manager and surprisingly they closed...

Definitely not the place you want to do business with for your cellphone and plan needs. They will try and sell you everything under the sun, offer you services they cant provide. They dont follow up on their costumers eve though they say they will, after a two hour wait, came out empty handed, no plan and short money, and they couldnt even refund me.

Stopped by this store on 3/30 to return a Verizon product and inquire about upgrading a cell phone. Unfortunately, I was met by "Roy" at this location who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He stated he could not assist me and made me feel as if I was bothering him. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the entire store. Never returning to this store again.

I was a customer of Verizon for years while I was an active duty soldier. Then I had to go to Korea for a year, so I went in to the store and spoke with a CSR about suspending my account while I was away from the US. Once I had provided them with a copy of my orders they told me I was good to go. When I returned from Korea on leave I was told my account had not been suspended and had also been sent to collections. I didn't receive so much as an email. Then I was told to call the main office, whom wanted me to send another copy of my orders, which I did. Nothing changed, so I disputed it on my credit report, nothing changed. Now here I am getting blown up by collectors over this nonsense. Verizon can go to hell, thank me for my service in the best way possible.

Was charging me extra fees that Verizon does not. I learned later they aren't Verizon so they can charge how they want. If you need a phone I would go directly to Verizon instead of this place. I realized after I got home.
