I had to go close out my moms account, Alma was such a great help in answering all my questions. She followed up with me just to check in, and offered her assistance in anything I should need. A huge thank you to Alma! They need more people like her.

These Bank of America employees need to get Drug Tested!!! Always on power trips like if they own the bank chit chatting about their partying and crack, coke & MORE! while theres customers in line WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST UNETHICAL BANK I HAVE EVER BANKED WITH!!!! I JUST CANCELED MY ACCOUNT AND I WILL ADVISE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AND EVERYONE I COME ACROSS ABOUT THIS BANK HIRING THESE TYPE OF EMPLOYEES. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RUN DONT BANK HERE!!!!!!

I absolutely love coming to this branch for my banking business!! Very professional and friendly staff!! Miss Alma Baltier is definitely an asset for this bank, very friendly and knowledgeable!! Miss Rebecca Valtierra is very welcoming as you enter the bank!! I'll definitely be banking here for a very long time!!!!
