If there was a zero star that's what I would put. I went to his office and even paid an advance for his services. A couple weeks passed and I called and he said they had mailed some papers to the IRS. Which is a lie since they need my signature. A couple of weeks passed after that and I called to see the update and he said, "We might have to mail it instead of doing it electronically." I asked what is the difference this stuff we are mailing from the last and it turns out that he found out they had never mailed anything. So he lied. He told me "Give me a couple of days" even though it had been 2 months since I had first taken all my papers to him and he still hadn't done anything. I called him for after the couple of days and he said "My secretaries can't find your paperwork I am sorry." He couldn't even own up to it and take responsibility for his carelessness. I had to constantly track this guy down and it was only my calling and pressuring that made him realize two months later he still hadn't done any work for me which was partially paid for. Completely unprofessional. Go to this guy if you want to be tracking down someone to get the job done and have your time wasted.

If there was zero stars that's what I would've chosen. Mr. Salas had told me he had sent some documents to the IRS, weeks passed and I hadn't heard from him. It wasn't until me calling him repeatedly and asking what the progress was he said "Well I need to send some papers" and I said well what did you send last time, to which he responded, "It turns out we never sent anything but i'll get to it right away." Keep in mind I had already paid 40% of the service. I called him back a few days later and him not being able to own up to it he said, "I can't find your documents my secretaries must've lost them." I got refunded. He wasted my time for more than 2 months.
