I started with them over 2 years ago. I thought it would be something them could benefit my companies. At the time was just one company. Each year was zero communication. One year I turned in everything needed. Was billed before march and yet my taxes had to file an extension. If you have questions about why certain things were done a certain way, you are treated very differently after. The employee that handled the account left and didnt communicate very well to the CPA what he said or promised. So we started from scratch. One of the years I sent everything for the business. They filed and then I asked about my personal taxes from the business and they said oh you want us to do those two? Maybe they have enough business they dont want more money. As part of the lack of communication, I received an email today about this years taxes and a nice way to saying goodbye. But if they had any clue about their clients they would know I move over a year ago to a different state. And have had a new CPA that I pay monthly for over 10 months! Sorry guys but if you want to blind pay and you dont track your own stuff they can provide the work. Otherwise than that I did not have the best experience nor did my referring client.

I found myself in a very stressful situation because I didn't know "the numbers". Fairness, peace of mind and money were at stake. So, I Googled "CPA near me". I called several and when the receptionist at SBNG, PC transferred me to Tyler Smith, it only took five minutes of conversation about my situation, for me to know that I was going to hire them. He was able to give me a rough estimate in pricing and a decent timeline. Imagine my shock when Tyler Smith delivered results the next day! Way before he said he could get to it. I can't guarantee that you will get results within a day (every situation is different), but I can say that you will be pleased that you hired them.
