        Troy is great, when you get to talk to him. I called twice and said mailbox full. I received a text , twice saying Im on the phone and will call you back. It took over an hour.

        This isn't the company that installed our septic system, but our company isn't open weekends and doesn't have after hour service. I called AllStar at 10 pm Saturday because our toilets were backed up. Not only did they answer, the gentleman was polite professional helpful and courteous. He stayed on the phone with us for over a hour walking us through ways to try and unclog the line. While we weren't completely successful he helped us find a resolution to allow us to use our toilets for the night until we can rent a roto rooter tomorrow. We will definitely be returning customers because honestly they just won our business from our original company. Highly recommend giving them all call.

      We really appreciate your feedback!!! As mentioned on our phone call our mailbox fills up 1-2 times a day. It's very common for our phone calls to be 15min-1hr long. Sometimes longer. We have homeowners calling in with septic issues and we try and walk them through the issue and point them in the right direction. I'm sorry we couldn't meet your expectations!!!
