        LJI installed a Lenox top of the line AC unit June 2019. There were several return trips to try to take care of issues. Ranging from condensation drips coming thru ceiling (of which I had to take care of) to poor air flow to some rooms, cutting corners on thermostat wiring, air leaks in joints and component failures, and more. I realize it was a time of Covid so taking a long time to get things done is a consideration however there are still items that LJI promised to take care of, but now I can't get a return call on.
