Pronto Lube & Tune #2

Took in a 1998 Jeep wrangler a day after I purchased it to give it a once over. Very up front about cost so no guesswork was involved. Replaced rotors, pads, serviced drums, looked at the plugs and made a few replacements (showed me the old plugs and explained the need to replace), identified a few items that would be cause for a failed inspection (signals, electrical issues, etc) and got them up to snuff. Also allowed for me to have a crew in to change the windshield while it was waiting for a part. I worked with Andy and he walked me through every part of the process with direct communication. I wouldnt hesitate to take the jeep there again. I never felt up charged or like I was being taken for a ride, very good/ethical business practice, and very good service. Thanks!
