        I asked specifically for 0-20W Full Synthetic oil and they put 5-30W even though I let them know I'd driving up north to NM where it's colder (Didn't notify me about the change in weight). When I asked about it they downplayed it and said it was a "Typo", couldn't get a hold of the manager either and they wouldn't change it to 0-20W. Now I hear a knock on my engine. Lady at the register was cool tho. +1star
