VERY disappointed in the service that this place even thinks that they provide. I was recommended to come to this place by a patient that they have and not just once but TWICE have they left me with a disgusting imagine of them. i was told that they take in walks in but when i had strep throat they wanted to see me a week later??? Like hello im like NOW. Now this second time the far ugly girl in the front was so horribly rude to me just in her tone and i did not appreciate that whatsoever. Im the sick one here, so if you think you can just talk to people whoever you please you have another coming. The patient that they see has been telling me that the doctor wants to see me for weeks now and since they have given me such ugly service i will never ever go back to this place again in my life.

PLEASE READ: Although I arrived at the doctor's office at 10:18 am, there was no documentation request (insurance) until 10:42 am, despite the growing crowd. Unexpectedly, I was among the handful of individuals who had arrived early, with only three others before me. I approached the front desk at 12:52 pm, expressing my concern about the stuffy environment of the waiting room and requesting that they direct my call outside. I inquired once more at 1:43 pm, having not received a call, and was informed that an attempt had been made to contact me. However, this was clearly untrue, as my phone displayed no missed calls or voicemails. Moments later, at 2:03 pm, my vital signs were finally taken after my voicing of concerns to the front desk staff, which caused frustration. While I waited, other patients recounted their personal experiences of enduring wait times of nearly three hours. A woman in such an anxious state approached the front desk, inquiring about the duration of her son's wait. I was finally escorted into a room at 2:58 pm, where I remained for consultation until 3:46 pm. At 4:09 pm, when I left the clinic, I decided that this would be my first and last visit. In the future, I would advise patients to seek medical attention elsewhere. The investment of time and understanding of falsehoods is not sufficient to justify this frustrating order. From the time you entered the clinic at 10:18 am to the time you left at 4:09 pm, the entire visit took approximately 5 hours and 51 minutes. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- --- PLEASE READ: Although I arrived at the doctor's office at 10:18 a.m., there was no request for documentation (insurance) until 10:42 a.m., despite the increasing influx of people.
