Argelia Douglas, M.D.

For the past 7 years I have been bringing my children here but now I am very disappointed not in the doctors but in the staff. Very rude and unprofessional. Terry the receptionist is so rude and gave me the wrong paper work. The other assistants were joking and made rude comments and for these reasons we will be leaving this clinic. Dr Douglas, and all the PAs are so wonderful and kind but it is just the staff that are their downfall.

Ive been taking my 3 children with Dr. Douglas is a great doctor..but staff is awful, theyve had me waiting 1 1/2 hr with my 2 year old sick in the car..like they forget about you or something. I dont understand why they give you and appointment time then. This last time I went I requested a rescheduled with Dr. Douglas ONLY, Abby stated Dr. Douglas was out on a family emergency and they did not know when she would be back(in a rude tone)..I asked an approximate time so I could call back, she said two months or more she nor the staff would know(again in a rude tone). I will call back in two months to try and see Dr. Douglas and personally tell her I will be changing doctor.
