Need to get your pumps out and ready . La Villa is prone to flood within the next 24 hours. Drain dept usually gets pumps out here at the levees next to the Detention Center.They need to be here at least by tomorrow at the latest. Today's date is 7/24/2020 .

Always have to call this department bcause they neglect ditch canal behind our neighborhood which runs through the city. Weeds get as tall as 5’. There is a code that we citizens must abide by but apparently does not apply to our elected officials. In the past all I got was excuses, are we excused also then? I called cause I wanted to make a formal complain but instead briana (front desk) just wanted to place a work order. *Always make a formal written complaint or they will pull the old “there is no record” card. As a result we have to deal with mosquitoes, snakes and pests in our area. Nevermind our children and our high taxes. Recent call w superviser oliveiro solis yielded no results. When I contacted director Roberto de Leon, I was offered excuse after excuse but no solution. De Leon states it might take up to 9 mths to get to this task.
