Been calling they tell me they'll call back and if they happen to go they and look that they can only pick up one?

I had a dead animal in my neighborhood and called my city waste department and they could not help me because I was not in city limits. They gave me Hidalgo County Sanitation Departments number who verified I was in city limits and then proceed to contact my city waste department to confirm that I was in fact in city limits and also verified that my city waste department could send out someone to deal with the matter. They went above and beyond and I commend their excellent customer service!! 100 STARS!

Called on May 13, 2021 and was told to call the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office to file a report. I called and file report on a stray dog that was in my yard and got into a fight with my doberman shepherd. My son came outside and tried pulling our dog away from the stray. The stray dog bit my son. I have been calling everyday and they still haven't picked it up. Stray leaves and comes back each day. I have to tie up our dog. Hidalgo County Case #21-17379.
