Worst Dunkin in the valley. Always make my order wrong, 3rd time in a row. Ordered Sausage, Egg and Cheese croissant with NO EGG and they just put Egg and Bacon. Definitely never going back or recommend going here

If I could give this location a -0- Zero stars that would definitely be my first and only option. No one greeted me or said anything when I walked in. All 5 or so employees where preparing orders for the 2 cars that where in the drive thru of the location. I was a walk in, since they just opened recently I wanted to check out the interior and see what kind of donuts they had available. I waited finally a young rude lady doesn't even bother to turn around after a few minutes and just says "be with you in a bit" I look around and didn't know if she is speaking into her headphone device to someone in the drive thru or if she was talking to me. She finally came to the register with her upset face, her eye roll and her attitude of obviously not wanting to be bothered by anyone placing an order or even talking to her. Placed my order and got treated like I was bothering her for having to take an order. I asked for her name and she walked off, I proceeded to ask out loud to anyone willing to listen that worked there what her name was some one said her name is Ofelia. The manager on duty was just a rude. I will not be returning to this location, you all need to give customer services classes to your employees.

Worst Dunkin ever the one in Pharr is way better the girls working here should not be making coffee.. they make the coffee taste like water doesnt even have coffee taste at all Ive gone to Dunkins in Dallas , San Antonio, Austin, Houston , corpus, but this one is the worst one . Donuts are good but the girls making the drinks are trash. They should get another job went today around 1 pm and whoever was working at that time should find new profession.

Incredibly rude!!!!! The employee was very impatient and annoyed that I wasnt familiar with the menu and drink beverages!!!!!! This place is new in the area and I decided to try because Dutch bros is to far away. Never again Dunkin! The drive thru window lady was acting as if I was asking for her personal caramel from her home ! Geez if Im ordering caramel for my drink and PAYING for my order, dont get mad when I remind you what I ordered . after you try to give me what i didnt order!!!! This lady SLAMMED the drive thru window !!!!! WTH! Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 7574888 Ofelia ! I was just trying to treat my daughter and I with beverages!!!!!

Bad customer service as what the previews customers coming out the store. And they were right no one greeted me, there are no employee in front of the cashier to assist you. Waited for 10 minutes and I can see them talking and laughing. I asked one of the lady employee to please assist me, she just walked away and made a face like didnt hear me as she delivers an order outside. Few guys came inside and the girl on the drive thru finally came to the front and assist me. The store lack of employee and poor training. Not enough choices of donut and quantity. No donut menu on the drive thru too.
