Sir, we feel so sorry you did not feel welcome in our establishment, but we do require everyone who enjoys our establishment, our facilities, & our WiFi to make a small purchase & you refused to. We are a small local coffee shop & every purchase helps us pay our growing team & helps us purchase high quality coffee for those who want to enjoy it. We unfortunately get many people who want to use our WiFi, bathroom, & space without supporting our small shop. After an hour of doing your work, we asked you to order something you refused & left & that was after you were rude & aggressive to our manager who was just doing her job when asking why you were headed to our bathroom with a backpack on. Every purchase made helps us pay our light, rent, buy quality coffee, & pay our humble team of 5 as we are not a large chain so we feel bad you didn’t realize this, but at the end of the day that’s our policy & you did not obide by it despite there being plenty of signs up. If looking for free WiFi in our area please check out the Edinburg public library, the Mcallen public library, or UTRGVS on campus facilities, as we understand some people just want a place to do a their work. We do recommend when visiting local coffee shops in the RGV that you support & make a purchase not just at our establishment, but at all establishments. Thank you.
