        THE TIMES I HAVE BEEN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT THEY ARE ALWAYS LACK OF SOMETHING, WHEN THEY ARE NOT MISSING CUPS, THEY ARE MISSING STRAWS, I THINK THEY SHOULD SUPPLY THEM MORE SINCE IT IS VERY BUSY.

        I asked for a pot of coffee for a meeting, I know it takes about ten minutes to brew. There was nobody else in the lobby, two cars in the drivethru, and 5 employees. They told me it would take 30 minutes. I asked if they were serious and she shrugged. So I left. Horrible customer service.

        I am highly disappointed. For months I have been ordering a frappe and every single time every single hour of the day they say they are always out of whip cream! They don't even tell me until they are handing me my frappe! My daughter can go elsewhere if they just say they don't want to put whip cream. We can go to Dutch Bros or Scooters!
