        The head manager doesn't know what she is doing. She didn't give me the information for month to month charge and now they want to charge me $250 extra each month. They also want a 60-day notice, so what is the $250 for if they want the 60 day notice! I ask about the corporate office and got no information from her. They lost my rent check in the office and called me about it being late. Also I was charged a late fees and my rent wasn't even due yet. They need a new manager.

        In the past Champions Cove has been a very clean, nice place to live. Recently, under new ownership/management, I cannot say the same. Our apartment needs updating & repairs & we cannot get information as to when this will be done. The building has settling issues & they did hire a company to fix but not the cracks & door problems in our apartment. We also had flooding in one bathroom & that had yet to be repaired.

        We have been coming to this facility for years now and it is super clean!!!! The staff is incredible. Cheryl, Susan, Carol, and Lana Gail have been super helpful! If you are needing a place to feel safe and comfortable this is the place. The coffee is always hot and they have a lot of fun and awesome events!
