THEY ARE A SCAMMMM I PAID OVER 3,000 MOVE IN FEES JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME NVM WE DONT APPOVE YOUR RENTAL HISTORY (a broken lease that Im paying off ) They took me through all the steps to get approved the first time I went on to go ahead and pay my deposit and now they cant .. make it make since I asked JESSICA to please explain to me how this is even possible she proceeded to say Because I can Im a young 23 year old mom trying to make it in this world and we have old hounds like Jessica pushing 50 being a B word Stay woke and stay blessed they just scamming to get money out of the ones trying to make it .. I want to give thanks to the manager at Wexford Townhomes Jessica. I have came to realize from my last review that I left that within the 5 years I've been here I had to deal with covid . Covid brought a change for all businesses. It made It to where people couldn't find help in the workplace. Just on Valentines day I went to red lobster and waited for and hour to get a table & there were a lot of empty table because they only had 3 waitresses, but my waitress serviced me good. Now, at Wexford help is limited but Jessica made it more than possible for the limited help she had to take care of me. She did a good job! Today, I will recommend that Wexford is one of the safest places to live in this area. I recommend that you come look at Wexford Townhomes for your future stay.

This place charged 72.00 this month for convenience fee for using my credit card when I have been paying my rent with my credit card for years with the convenience fee for 8.99 this place needs to be investigated by the housing authorities

I dont even know where to start. The experience living there was NOT great! They switched managers multiple times. When my lease was up i sent multiple emails stating I would NOT be renewing my lease! In the process of me not renewing i turned In the 1 key I had and was told that someone I knew would be completely taking over my lease! So I moved. I get a letter in the mail at my new house from the courthouse stating I never showed up for court and that I was being evicted??? I call and Im told i was Served an eviction because I was the last name listed for that unit! I had left almost a year prior! During the time that I left the apartments and didnt resign my lease there were 3 DIFFERENT management companies that took over. 3!!!!! And now, even though i did Everything I was supposed to, I have a 17,000 dollar collection on my credit preventing me from ever getting a new place. I seriously Have NO idea how this place even has tenants

I couldn't be happier living here. The simplicity and comfort of our place makes it a true home. The manager is very nice and accommodating also the neighbors are warm and welcoming nice vibes. It's nice and there's a sense of community. it's a place i truly feel at home.
