I enjoyed my experience at Lone Star and they treated my son with kindness and professionalism and they were honest about what was going on with his braces the girls up front are amazing Matthew Matthew is the is the reason that I chose Lonestar he helped me out so much when we're on the phone the first time and he was very patient very very very very kind and I'm glad that I was able to find a really good dentist for my children it's very important to find someone that you feel like you can trust with your children and Dr Nick Nicholas for the 2 minutes that I did get to see him he was very nice very kind was very kind to my kid and explain to him pretty much what he was supposed to I believe that he is going to be an amazing dentist for my kids thank you to all of you y'all are all amazing and happy holidays to you and your family I also want to add and inform everyone that honestly the girls there and the care they show each patient is out of this world and I am a stickler for good customer service and trust someone with my babies. these ladies and the doctors t just Lonestar Pediatric Dental braces are just pretty darn amazing so for moms and Dad's I would highly reccommend giving them a call . if you live in Dripping Springs or I believe they have a location in Austin but no matter where you go you will get the greatest service ever I know that they take really good care of my boys thank you to all the ladies and all the doctors for their care and Trust. Can I PLEASE ,can I get a WOO WOO!!!!you all are awesome merry Christmas and happy new year. In addition to above it truly is a wonderful place and all the staff take the time to make sure your child gets the best experience and they meet all of my concerns for my childrens needs. we leave with a smile and concerns are fixed. I have been bringing my kid here since he was 6 years old. They were always very patient and we are always pleased with the treatment. Last year he started invisiline and he is doing good. I am thankful for a place like this one. Wish there was a Lonestar for Adults.

Front office staff responsive, professional! Assistants are kind, knowledgeable and highly skilled! Dentist competent and qualified. There is a tv in the waiting area and on the ceiling above each chair in the patient care zone. Grateful for this office. If possible would prefer that the children were addressed directly regarding hygiene. If they would attempt to teach and reinforce this with my children - both the assistant and the dentist - that would be helpful. They could simply model and discuss regular brushing and flossing. Also the chairs are flat - like a board, they do not recline. There are no pillows provided although they will supply a blanket if requested
