Amazing experience! The office staff and Dr. Cheung are the best!!

My wife and I started using TORC Dental in 2023. Our first appointments went well - there was no waiting around in the lobby, everyone was friendly, and the facilities were really nice. The location is right here in Drip as well, so that made it nice for us. After our initial visit we were informed that our insurance carrier was not going to cover a particular x-ray even though both TORC Dental and I were under the impression that it would be covered, and that became a headache to deal with. TORC Dental tried to work with the carrier, and my wife spent a lot of time listening to the carrier blame TORC Dental, and in the end we were stuck with a bill for the x-rays and the relationship felt strained. However, Dr. Cheung took time out of his busy schedule to email me about the situation, and even called me on my cell to discuss everything. I really appreciated him doing that because that sort of customer service is pretty rare nowadays, and I feel like a lot of providers care more about their relationship with the insurance carrier than their relationship with customers, but that is not the case with TORC Dental.

Dr. Tristan Cheung is very professional and actually spends time with you as a patient. The office administrative staff leaves a lot to be desired. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired. The bottom line is a that Dr. Cheung is a good dentist handicapped by poor administrative practices/procedures.

The entire staff at TORC Dental are fantastic! Everyone is incredibly nice and very professional. The doctor was completely transparent about what was needed and what wasnt, his plan of attack to help get me back on track with healthy teeth, everything from start to finish was just the best. I would HIGHLY recommend you come and check these folks out.

During a routine procedure to numb an upper gum area for fillings, the injection was misplaced and I ended up with a very large and painful facial hematoma. The office did not offer to refund my payment for the fillings though they were not completed or pay any of my ER and medical bills following the visit.
