Great place! Very comfortable and clean lodging. Would suggest: a few more kitchen pans and tools would be great. Sauce pan, ladle, pitcher, etc.

We camped in a 35 ft 5th wheel RV. Nearby activities: Right next door to a brewery and a few miles down the road, a very unique Sotol distillery. Even a country dance hall just minutes from this resort. Safety: Staff here always ready to help. This resort is well maintained and very safe. Walkability: Great trail and very short walk, no roads to cross, to visit the brewery. Food & drinks: The food truck at the brewery is top notch and so too the distillery a few miles away. Noteworthy details: The ENTIRE staff ensured our stay was the best it could be. I left impressed with the potential of the human spirit. Visionary leadership created a unique experience and I know the best is yet to come. If I can ever be of assistance just let me know. Respect.

A lifetime experience! Always wanted to sleep in an airstream. Im sure there are a zillion great reviews, so here are a few details that might be helpful for those with dubious spouses. From the Rose (1950s airstream), bed is super comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and plenty of very hot water. The aircon works and is quieter than many hotels. The soundproofing is good. Its a full size, normal functioning toilet. The renovation is perfect. I fell asleep thinking of a life camping across the country. Such wonderful dreams. Dont miss your opportunity!

Absolutely fantastic experience. Rich greeted us and made us feel immediately welcome making sure we had our rv all hooked up. Next time we will stay in one of the cabins which are amazing. Great location to explore Fredericksburg or Austin. A must stop if you are in the Hill country. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

We decided to stay here the night before my daughter's wedding, which turned out to be an excellent choice. After speaking with Jane, a wonderfully nice lady, we asked if it would be okay for the groomsmen to join us for a few hours of pizza, and she warmly assured us it wouldnt be a problem. They even kept the barn doors open for us, offering a fantastic space that was both accommodating and charming. The evening became even more special when the owner's son shared his talent by playing the guitar and singing for us, an amazing and unexpected addition to our night. This place stands out for its great hospitality, friendly atmosphere, and beautiful setting. A heartfelt thank you for making our stay so memorable!
