        Pros: Miss Kristie and Mr. Will were amazing Cons: How much of an investment would it be to get one of those courtesy charger things that is like a utility knife but for different chargers types? Super easy way to help people who break or lose their chargers on their journey

        I stayed at the hotel while in town for a important speaking event and the front desk put me in the middle of a block of rooms for a high school baseball team. I was woken up at 11:00pm to loud music, doors slamming, yelling. Called front desk which helped them quite down. Next morning, same thing started at 6am. Room was not clean, had hair in the shower and on bathroom floor. There were no towels when I got out of the shower and I had to dry off with face towels and wash cloths. Room smelled of bad perfume and windows did not open. Front desk staff was really nice - although I got charged for two nights when I checked out after the first night with no sleep. When I called to get refunded, I had to call back 3 times and hours on phone. Still not refunded... Posting review and contesting charge.
