        We paid for 2 nights and left after one. Our feet were hanging over the bed Our 15 year old grandson could not stretch out in the bunk bed. It was clean but too small for us.

        Our place was nice & cozy . We stayed in the Lucky cottage . Its Very peaceful. The staff was very attentive on anything we needed. The only suggestion i can think of that would have made our stay any better, is having some out door games/activities like corn hole , volleyball, horse shoes. We took a walk around the place & enjoyed that very much. Perfect get away to feel like your out but yet close enough to town for convenience

        They picked the smallest TV on the market. The internet is not set up for streaming so you can't watch it. Only thing to listen too is the construction next door. Not very convenient to anything at all. Not worth the price or the unexplained extra charge

      Hello, Roger:So sorry that you were not pleased with your stay. We're always happy to help but did not hear of your concerns until this review. To address those:1) The internet IS set up for streaming -- one call and we'd have been happy to help with that.2) When reserving a cottage on 40 acres, we assume you're looking for a getaway, yet we're still just 5 minutes to Hwy 290, about 10 minutes to restaurants, and 14 minutes to downtown Dripping Springs. Our location is accurately identified on Google Maps.3) The extra charge, as detailed, was for the unregistered dog that you brought with you. We're pet-friendly but, as noted, do ask that you register with us and pay the typical cleaning fee.4) We do apologize that your stay coincided with the couple of days that our neighbor was having work done to his driveway. Again, had you called, we'd have been happy to move you to a different unit.Every host wants guests to enjoy their stay -- we'd encourage you to communicate issues to any host as soon as they arise so that they can address accordingly.
