No words can express how thankful my family is for this incredible doctor. We had been seeing three different specialists at a local children's hospital for my child's complicated health needs that were only growing more complicated under their care. We were spending a fortune on mainstream medical care and prescriptions. Within months, under Dr. Mack's care, my child's quality of life drastically improved. We were able to cease all prescriptions and she continued to improve. We haven't needed any services for many years, and it has been a blessing to just watch my child enjoy life and participate in normal childhood activities. If things were to ever regress again, Dr. Mack would be who we would go to for help and guidance. We have learned so much from her and continue to learn what we can on our own. We went from spending tens of thousands on doctors and medications to rarely needing any medical assistance and now make our biggest investments in healthy foods. In my opinion, Dr. Mack is a gem and we are so deeply grateful for her!

I saw her one time in 2017 and she has been charging me $36 a year for a portal! I can not cancel it online. I never ran any tests or labs with her and yet she is charging me without me consent. I had no idea. I was never a patient and went and talked to her ONE time and she uses that as a means of income to sign people up and charge them hidden fees. Fraud, Theft, Stealing!

Dr. Mack is the best of the best in Functional Medicine. She stays up to date on all the latest research and treatments, and spends a lot of time outside of the office reading and learning so she can help her patients get well. Yes, she is expensive, but the way I see it, I am paying for her expertise. I am paying not only for the time she spends with me, but the time she spends outside of my appointment researching my condition and how best to treat it. I have seen other doctors and nobody comes close to Dr. Mack's level of experience and knowledge.

Dr. Mack is very knowledgeable. Expensive yes but what is your health worth? After you spend years in conventional medicine with no results she is worth it.

I have been seeing Dr Mack for about 8 years to address my Multiple Sclerosis. She has been a life-saver. I went from being a nervous-wreck riddled with ailments (MS has many different facets) to getting back to my job and traveling the country with my husband. Life is good now, something that would have been impossible if I had stuck with allopathic medicine. I have referred about 7 people to her, people that have watched my recovery in disbelief. Yes, its pricey, but her putting the power to heal back in my hands has made it worth EVERY CENT. I dont mind going without when I know I am heathy because of my own sacrifices. If you think its too expensive going in, or are not willing to do the work, then dont even start. I am writing this review specifically to let others know of her brilliance. Even in the world of Functional Medicine doctors, she stands out as a GEM!
