Don't know where to start here. When to his office for a first visit, I don't even believe he was in the office. As a new patient you would think you would at least be introduced to the doctor, instead saw a NP. Have a number of medications that have never been filled properly, pharmacy says that they need more information and cannot get in tough with staff to answer their questions. Honestly the worst healthcare experience I have had in more than 30 years. And as someone that has worked in medical schools as a professor for 3 decades, this is bad. The front staff is very unhelpful and has poor communication skills.
