        I spoke to a very rude female today, Jody. I am not sure if she was having a bad day but it is no excuse to be rude and hang up on customers. I will be bringing this complaint to corporate. Disgusting customer service!

        It was my first time applying for a loan. Which I needed for two reasons, 1,) the obvious, because I need a little extra financial help! 2.) I wanted to start building my credit, so it was the perfect way to do that! I was nervous that I wouldnt get approved because I dont really have any credit history, and all that is against my name is strictly ALL hospital bills, that were prior too me getting insurance! Anyways, Terisita, who helped me was the branch manager I believe, she was AMAZING in every way! Very very helpful, very informative, very kind! I couldnt have asked for better help & guidance! I definitely plan on taking care of my payments on time, to build my credit, as well as being able to receive more loans when needed! THANK YOU - World Finance!
