Update: February 2024 Bright Day, that's how I feel about Covington. This company has always been good to me. Recently i ran into some financial hardship. I was not feeling great about not being able to make my usual timely payment. A++++++++++ to Amber and Juliette, they made me feel less of a shlub. They worked with me and helped me see the light through the trees. I say to everyone l, take a deep breath, make the call or answer when they call. Their are no monsters here. They are kund understanding people. If only more companies were this helpful. These women went above and beyond. They not only helped me financially but they helped my heart heal.
