I was at this location for my bag repair but, the lady's name, Lauren, lacks professionalism and customer care. she litterly put her Starbucks drink with her lipstick on it put it right in front of me while I submitted for a repair order and kept asking me do you have a proof of purchase I told her multiple times I purchased this bag from here this location shouldve been in the system. Feels like the Ross store maybe offers better customer service than this Prada store.

They are absolutely amazing , the sales person Kelly helped me with the bag I want , she is so nice and friendly! She is very professional and know what I want ! If I come back , I will go that store again
