DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Service I'd bad the costumer service is even worst. The Managers Kyle did not try to help and refuse to even give an estimate because HE said it was too much work and he didn't want to do it! DO YOURSELF AND YOUR CAR A FAVOR AND DON'T SEND IT TO THIS FIRESTONE!

This place is honestly so-so. They quoted me $6,000 worth of suggested repairs on a car worth about the same amount. They also had widely differing diagnosis on two aspects of my car (AC and brake) compared to a more local shop. You get the benefit of it being a corporate shop, but I also view that as a potential downside.

Literally was herefor almost 2 hours I asked how much longer it would be for the oil change and state inspection and the guy told me its almost ready 1 hour later I see another technician said they hadnt even started working on the vehicle! Now that I asked hed work on in and it be another 30 mins or I could come back tomorrow 3 hours wasted . When I called ahead and asked if theres be any wait and was told no . Save your time dont come here !
