Whatever you do, do not use a ServPro franchise owned by Juan Zelaya (Park Cities, Richardson, or North Garland). Request any other franchise, because Juan does not care about the customer experienceany issues that come up will not be addressed.
We used ServPro for mitigation after water damage in our bathroom due to it being a preferred provider for State Farm. I was initially ecstatic about how quickly a franchise could come and help. All of the employees were polite and efficient. However you must watch them the entire time. Do not sign paperwork while another employee gets equipment set up and you should video them coming and going into the damaged area. We had damage to our bedroom floor from heavy equipment being moved to fit through doorways. Juan (the owner of ServPro Park Cities, Richardson and North Garland) came to assess the damage 75 days after his company was told about the damage. 75 days! And then he wrote an email to our insurance that his vast experience in hardwood floors indicated it was normal wear and tear. He failed to include any details of the reports for our project, before and after mitigation images, or statements from his employees. Long story short, ServPro isnt the problem, Juan Zelaya is the problem. Customers beware if you use any of his franchises. Service: Water removal

We had a flood in our house and our insurance company sent us to Servpro of Park cities. We were in a difficult situation, but Servpro was wonderful to work with. The whole team was very helpful, but I have to say Jamison Miller was the star of the team. He was very respectful and polite. He was very responsive to every need. He kept us informed, and was quick to reply when we had questions. Jamison made the process stress and worry free. We highly recommend working with this company, especially with Jamison as the conduit to the other team members.
