        Twice in a row, I was sold faulty controllers. I then had to go to another GameStop, and the service there was even worse. They convinced me to buy their Pro plan, which ended up costing me over $90 for a cheap controller. I could have gotten the same one for $45 on Amazon! The next day, I tried to return the controller and get a refund for the plan, but they refused because I'd already used a benefit. Which was $5 discount. Are you serious? Avoid them! Majority of their stuff can be purchased much cheaper at Amazon or BestBuy with price match.
