I was able to make an appointment easily, was treated promptly and received thorough care for my severe cough. I would go back and would recommend.

This place is the best urgent care experience I have ever had in the Addison area. The check in was super fast and the front desk was helpful with all my insurance questions. I was taken back right away and the nurse and doctor were incredibly nice, on time, and thorough. I didnt feel rushed and the ambiance in the rooms were very relaxing compared to most other urgent care centers. I appreciate a clean and open room when Im not feeling well. This will be my default urgent care going forward.

This place is amazing! I was able to schedule an appointment online and check-in online. I arrived before my appointment and was taken back almost immediately. I was the only one in the facility, but I did come in on a holiday, so that might explain why. The facility is clean and very well maintained. I was also able to pick up my antibiotic at the kiosk in the lobby. The entire staff was very friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

I usually have a good experience here. The other day I did not. The front desk person was very nice, however I cannot say that about the MA. She was very rude. I was called into the room and told they do not screen for a UTI. I was trying to explain that I might have one, however this person cut me off right away and apparently did not want to listen. She seemed to not want to be bothered to help me. I have never heard of an urgent care that does not do a urinalysis for a UTI infection. Then she proceeded to tell me that maybe I did not explain fully to my dr what I needed? I happen to be a nurse, I think I know what a UTI is, it was you who apparently needs a medical refresher course. What a waste of time. I will be going elsewhere next time.
